How My Park Tours uses trip inquiries and optional planning features.

Your trip inquiry

We use the details you submit to respond to your trip request and discuss the services you ask about. The inquiry is saved in a private website database; the website also attempts an owner notification and an email through Resend. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Optional AI features

The optional trip-description helper sends your description to an AI service only when you choose Fill from description. You can review and undo suggestions before separately choosing Send. The separate Trip questions site guide uses prewritten answers in your browser; its questions are not sent to Stephen or to an AI service. Avoid including sensitive personal, payment or medical details in the AI trip-description helper.

Website usage and outside links

The site uses built-in Manus/Umami pageview reporting and non-personal conversion events to understand use of the website. Links to Estes Park Concierge, tour booking, social accounts and official park resources take you to separate websites with their own policies.
